The service was excellent during my stay.
I was disappointed with the breakfast options as I expected a self-serving buffet, but instead, we had to choose only one dish. Additionally, the music by the beach was too loud at times, which made it hard for me to relax. The room could really use some renovations to justify the high price we paid.

beautiful location but noisy nights
The oceanfront suite was cozy and made our stay feel special. Waking up to the sound of the waves was a highlight, and we loved falling asleep to the ocean sounds. The staff truly made our experience memorable, especially during breakfast with lovely decorations and delicious fresh-squeezed juices.
The noise from nearby local restaurants could be disruptive at night.

An Oasis of Relaxation and Luxury
Our stay was exceptional, particularly in the oceanfront suite where the sound of the waves lulled us to sleep. The staff made our experience unforgettable, like when Maria and Will beautifully decorated my breakfast table on my last day. We truly enjoyed the delicious meals, especially the fresh-squeezed juices that complemented our mornings perfectly. However, the noise from nearby local restaurants made it challenging to get to sleep until late at night.

Amazing beach vibes and service
We had such a nice 6-night stay! The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. The beach club was awesome, providing towels and drinks all day. The bar/lounge area had great snacks too. Just a heads up, the music from the club nearby could be loud at times, but it didn't ruin the vibe for us.

The beachfront room was blissful with stunning views and a private outdoor bathtub that felt like a luxurious treat. The staff went above and beyond, especially with the memorable breakfast decorations and the delicious fresh-squeezed juices that enhanced our mornings. However, the overwhelming presence of sargassum made swimming near impossible, and while the beach was beautiful, erosion concerns were evident. Limited dining experiences on site left us seeking alternatives nearby.
